國際紅十字與紅新月運動的三個組成部份 The three components of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement

哪裡有苦難，哪裡就有紅十字。
在衝突日益頻繁、氣候變得更為極端嘅世界中，更突顯出國際紅十字與紅新月運動（本運動）對有需要保護同幫助嘅人嘅重要性。本運動嘅三個組成部份分別係紅十字國際委員會(ICRC)、紅十字會與紅新月會國際聯合會(IFRC) 同國家紅十字會或國家紅新月會(NS) 。
三個組成部份通過彼此嘅合作同協調，先可以確保喺面對每一場危難時，本運動都能夠進行支援，為當地每一個有需要嘅人提供最適切嘅援助，防止並減輕佢哋所遭受到嘅痛苦。
Wherever there is suffering, Red Cross is there to help.
In a world where conflicts are increasingly frequent and the climate becomes more extreme, the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement (The Movement) is playing a more important role in protecting and assisting those vulnerable. The three components of The Movement are the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC); National Societies (NS); and International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (lFRC).
Through collaboration and coordination among the three components, The Movement ensures that they can assist in every single crisis, and offer the most appropriate assistance to every vulnerable, thereby alleviating their sufferings.
