Sis, this is lovely and maybe a bit tricky for my machine sewing skills right now. You can’t imagine how many leather bags I own that I can’t use anyone because if the weight it puts in my spine. Now I have a true reason to keep practicing my machine sewing so I can make this

I used to carry the leather bags and the weight of them made me stopped using them too. you can do this if you hand stitch with basting stitch then machine after. keep practice on straight line

Love this bag does take a little longer, but it would be worth it so pretty. Now if you wanted to close that middle, would you put a snap that is magnetic or what would you do?
