PAL-EBM is indeed difficult. The answers seem simple at first, but then you think again.

Listening to Ryan's story of his experience when he went to sit the PSM 3 course, reignited some memories. In my my case it was for the PSM 1. I like the fact that the PSM does not require a renewal as does the CSM.

Can you find a decent entry level job with only the PSM certificate?
I have ms-mis degree but never was able to get a job with it so did entrepreneur stuff. Need a stable job now and thinking of this 2 day certification route

Talking about certifications. How did you guys prepare for the PSM3 and what would you do different? How can I get the most out of the learning journey?

A learning journey of experiences and validating. The most difficult part is having that north star guiding you. Great video, inspiring stories and journey, thanks RR+TM 🌟

Wow , what a great episode. I expected that an answer will be something like "certification isn't matter you have to be effective and help people to grow".
RR + TM your answer has deeper sense because you promote learning and in my opinion this gives possibility to help people.
Your aproach is impressive, thanks for your records and possibility to be here.

A question about product management. How do you feel the pragmatic marketing franework and scrum fit together?

Really enjoying your content guys... Random question, what is your tooling setup for the pod?!

We use StreamYard to record. We do ZERO edits and load straight to TH-cam. I have a Shure SM7B mic. Todd uses an AudioTechnica. 👍
