I initially liked Pandora's box as it played into Exect the Unexpected in an interesting way and allowed the players some degree of agency, but as it continued to never be rejected or became pretty obvious to me that it was just a farce and it was just a way for production to do something wild and have the players take the blame for it happening instead of them
I’d like to see Pandora’s Box return with just the silly gifts and punishments. If there’s no game altering twists, they can make it mandatory for the HoH to open it & that would guarantee 1 day of good feeds per week
Especially since we don't get any food or luxury comps anymore, at least not regularly.. the fun, thousand for a Jesse pop up types would be great to see come back.
They could make it more like Lane’s PB where you have this choice of how much you are willing to risk to gain. It’s a fun gamble instead of just someone’s game getting tanked for no reason. That or legitimately allow the tempted houseguest to refuse the offer.
The rule seems to be: if pandoras box offers money, NEVER open it. Only when money is on the line are bad punishments unleashed. Otherwise it's just a fun twist

Remember that production had already stepped in and said Brendan couldn't nominate Brittany cause uhh rules? I guess the message thing was supposed to push Brenden even further for Matt instead of Brittany. Wouldn't be surprised if production subtly encouraged her to leave out that message either.
For Porsche’s Pandora’s box, I believe the producer completely rigged it. Look at the veto competition, it was pretty much the same competition that Rachel won in week 1. That week was rigged, #shellywasrobbed
here is another piece of evidence that, in my opinion, confirms Porshe's Pandora's box was unplanned: Julie usually told us during the live show that Pandora's Box would come the following week. This time she did not announce it. It was the first Pandora's Box of the season but they didn't announce it during the live show like they did most twists. That is why I believe it was unplanned and production only decided to do it after Porshe won HOH.
If they bring Pandora's Box back they should use BB24 Michael's idea of if you open it you get immunity for the week after your HoH but in return your HoH reign ends after your initial nominees are made and the Diamond Power of Veto is in play that week. And of course, this should only be used under the assumption that players actually get to choose whether to open it and are not forced to do so.
I'm currently watching back each season, and just got to Porsche's Pandora's Box, which I've been anticipating. Watching it live, I was like, there's no way anyone could be that stupid. But after hearing about production's manipulation of certain things, this was clear. This was the first time I realized bullshit was afoot. I would have outright refused, no matter what it took. What are they gonna do, kick me off the show? I would have dragged their asses through the mud.

The question is-Dan obviously saves himself, does Frank then immediately nominate a new replacement or does he have to wait until the POV winner decides whether or not to use it? They did the work and got people out, the object of the game is to be the last one standing not to make friends and peace with the house and players. A better social game, yes I can see that. It's the lying and blood on your hands thing that I can never get pass. If someone wants to take you out because you are a good player or just happened to noninate you and you got the short end of the stick then that's personal and not even part of tje game. For a twist that lasted only four seasons it certainly made an impact! Different numbers, but it’s similar to exile island in survivor as far as memorability of a twist that came during a second era of the show. Also Jessie was one of my faves, so it was always a delight getting to see him back in the house every summer (for five summers in a row omg)!

There's a video topic idea I have actually had in my backpocket for a while now, at least since blockstar Taylor won BB. I don't know if anyone would want to tackle this video topic, though. Do you think you would ever consider making a video talking about all the BB players that either were never nominated throughout the game (or came close to never being nominated in the game) but LOST the final 2 jury vote - or would have lost the final 2 jury vote if they made it. A few examples of BB players that would fit this description would be: Danielle - BB3 Paul - BB19 Holly (almost) - BB21 Enzo - BB22 and maybe even... uggghh... Todrick BBC3...... And if you are looking at BBCAN, you also have: Jillian (sorta) - BBCAN1 Anthony - BBCAN7 and (almost) Haleena - BBCAN10 I don't know. I just think it's curious how a lot of these players can go through many weeks in the game without being nominated, but still not be able to get any respect from the jury.

I think Pandora's Box was a good idea. Only if the curse and blessing didn't fully impact the game. Like a Claw machine for the entire house to have Diamond Power of Veto....that's a good idea cause everyone who doesn't have it is at risk except who wins it. Or have a season where Pandoras Box comes back, but for the ENTIRE house, whoever opens it unleashes a new challenge. Whoever wins becomes co HOH but with only one nominee each. The POV can't switch that HOHs nominee unless they win POV. Just something that can amp up the game
