0:46 For instance, Anthony… if you want to be considered “media,” ask a question, don’t give us your opinion. Nobody cares if you were “glad” to hear or see someone, and absolutely no one is interested in whether you thought something was an “underrated banger.” No one whose opinions matter has ever used that phrase to describe anything anyway. I saw Booker T on GWF I guess. I saw SOME wrestling show and clearly remember them talking about "Booker T" (he wasn't GI Bro back then?). That's the first time I ever heard that name and it stuck with me for whatever reason. I saw this show once and never found it again. I was surprised because it wasn't WWF, and I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't WCW. 93-94 sounds like about the right time that I saw it.
I tried to find that show again for so long and never did, because basically all I could ever watch was WWF and was excited to see more wrestling.
I've wondered what that was for many years since then... I've tried to research Booker T to see where he was to figure out what the show was but couldn't quite figure it out...
I guess this one is the show?

Honestly if I were Tony Khan I would think about having an official aew wrestling school and if you find guys that have not wrestled in the WWE, or New Japan I would have them go to the school for at least 2 months. You literally have Billy Gunn, Brian Danielson, William Regal to run these people through their Paces before they go on national TV. It wouldn't hurt for them to maybe have a promo class and bring in somebody like Jim and for god sakes some people on your roster really need to go to the gym and I don't think that that's being offensive I just think it's making someone better. Modern wrestling is weird they really think they're in the '80s but they don't look like the guys from the '80s. If I was walking in an dark alley and the pudding gang tried to jump me I think I can kick their ass but if the current NWA champion was in that same alley I would think twice because at least he looks like a credible threat and a grown ass man

I have literally been saying that and pitching that for like the last two years. They got the facilities at Jacksonville. I think it's something AEW should always be doing, Developing future talent. I'd even make a system similar to the NIL Program that WWE developed, Where collegiate & pro athletes from other sports can be offered a route into the profession. Have it modeled similar to WWE's Developmental and NJPW Young Lion system. It will also help drive down the contract/salary inflation because there won't be as much leverage, Because you are always in constant development of talent, Who can step into a spot (At a lower salary cost as well) if a talent is holding you up for money or seeking to maximum leverage between promotions. It makes all the business sense in the world.
And if your gonna have coaches & trainers. You want masters of multiple styles. Ultimo Dragon would be a good first choice, Who trained Okada & Dragon Gate and knows Lucha & Strong Style. William Regal is another, With a wide varying knowledge, But if I was Tony Khan, I would be cautious about hiring people with very close ties with your competition. For example: Road Dogg, I wouldn't hire him. You don't let wolves into the hen house like WCW did and then have people destroy it from the inside.
