However, it is extremely deceptive to use those measures to sell products for personal gain. There are countries where this sort of deception (i. e. , lying) is illegal and prevented by law. Unfortunately, the United States is not one of those countries.
I'm just glad people are finally actually calling her out for not singing her songs and the shadiness of her music career. It's so weird, she was one of those celebs where everyone knew the shadiness forever but now suddenly people are actually reacting to it like "Oh, that's bad", like the Natasha Ramos version of Jenny From the Block has been online for at least 10 years, I heard it a long time ago but no one cared for some reason.

Sometimes, labels will buy tracks written for different artist because they think it fits their artist better. But a lot of the time, they'll take the demo of that song and keep the previous singers backing vocals on it and just have the new artist layer their vocals over it and only re-record the main verses. That's what her team did with the songs that had Ashanti and Christina Milian's vocals on them. Now, this song with Miss Ramos's vocals on it seems as if they kept all of her vocals and paid her next to nothing for it. That's probably the one instance that I think was completely wrong and should have been handled differently. But as I said, it's not fair to put all this on Jlo because the label and producers are in charge of all that stuff.

No lie I was never a huge fan of Jlo until my cousin dragged me to her concert in 2019. She did sing live with no Auto-Tune. I thought the show was so amazing and entertaining that it actually made me a fan. I feel like after her Super Bowl performance she has gotten so much backlash and I don't believe all these people that are saying all these things online. Maybe some but not all. My husband got a Cardi story as she used to come to our hometown a lot and we not here making TikToks dragging her ass cause we dont care.

I guarantee you that if a regular model off the street were to make the same modifications to her body that Kim or Kylie have made to theirs, it wouldn’t be that big of a deal. But because it’s a Kardashian, everyone gets livid asf about them “destroying the beauty community” when they’re the same ones putting them on a pedestal.
Maybe since I’m not apart of the beauty community or because I’m not a beauty guru, I won’t fully understand the topic like those who are makeup artists, but I just don’t understand why people barrage the Kardashians for getting plastic surgery and stuff of that nature, but not get as upset at others.

Man, I'm glad Dee said what I've been saying for months now. It's the "IN THING" to hate on Jlo, so everyone feels the need to step in. The thing about her stealing songs, like it was her and not her producers and management team. Also, this was all early in her career. She hasn't done that since the early 2000s,maybe like 2009 at the very latest. Also, she's been doing vocal training for the past 20 years and has proved a few times since she sounds good singing live now. People love to build up these people, then rip them down for clout, just to build them back up years later when they find out something sad or tragic about their personal life. Example, look what everybody did to Britney Spears. Made her the "Princess of Pop", then when she got a little more mature, news outlets got on her for being too naked, people teased her for lipsyncing, everybody drove the girl crazy til she shaved her head. Then, a decade later, started the Free Britney stuff acting like they always had her back, also for clout 😂. People just jump on the bandwagon too much.

Sometimes, labels will buy tracks written for different artist because they think it fits their artist better. But a lot of the time, they'll take the demo of that song and keep the previous singers backing vocals on it and just have the new artist layer their vocals over it and only re-record the main verses. That's what her team did with the songs that had Ashanti and Christina Milian's vocals on them. Now, this song with Miss Ramos's vocals on it seems as if they kept all of her vocals and paid her next to nothing for it. That's probably the one instance that I think was completely wrong and should have been handled differently. But as I said, it's not fair to put all this on Jlo because the label and producers are in charge of all that stuff.
