Your work is looking fantastically better on every job, Nick. Keep it up mate, also you need to raise your prices; if people are going to get this level of service. Thanks for sharing with us.
Fall pipe removal is something I'd do on my own property, but not for customers. If it leaks or comes loose, you're going to get the grief. Nick, please wear a mask in the loft, other than the one you usually wear!!!!! Voiceover the video if needs be.
From the external brickwork, it looks like there is a big space under the floor. Much neater to run them under the floor. My pet hate is cables tacked on to the outside of buildings!
Inside the garage or rear garden would be my preference for powerwall location. You can add a camera in any location easy enough, and surely the rear garden will be fully fenced off and thus more secure than on show on the driveway?
Looks good that, maybe consider putting up a fake drainpipe to hide the drop on the consumer unit side, any reason you didn't drill slightly higher up on the charger side and go rear entry into it to lose the visible cable underneath it?
Are those cable mounts plastic, if so does a metal cable tie actually help as won't the mount melt in a fire in the same way a plastic cable tie could?
(Though in a loft when you're fixing to wooden rafters I think even plastic cable ties will likely outlast the wood anyway so you won't have any real risk of premature collapse!)
I live in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. We had a Net pond at junior school, used to have them all around our ponds so it’s weird when people say they’ve never seen a Newt cause we saw them daily😅
The guy at 5:20 top left window hiding from the camera 😂😂😂😂

The meds are doing you wonders, would love an update since you started from a fellow electrician with adhd
The green" insulation " are called Fire Socks. They're meant to prevent the spread of smoke and fire in the cavity
VERY Nice Job Nick, ~You put Artesan to shame with your Precision Angle Drilling
That's very neat and good angle drilling! 👌👌

Nick… super tidy job again. Wow drilling that from both sides and at the correct angle.👍👍🙈
By the drain pipe work you've done you've added plumber to your electrician and plasterer skills! 😂

Why not just use No.6 or No.7 cable cleats to fix the Ultra-EV cable in the loft?
Genuine question: Could it be run from the DB to the EV charger under the ground floor, rod and pull it to where the EV is, no cables seen?
beautiful property

Nice ladders mate
Nice new build boot wash in the drive way

Why would you put a drip loop in one side and not the other or just not put one in?

I actually emailed through your website, desperately need my DB moving and an EV charger installing.

0:15 a 'new' estate, where apparently they recruited some OAP's with Parkinson's to do the cement work on the ridges 🙄
Roof looks like its made of scrap wood. 😱
Crackin work dude
Nick you have to admit the Milwaukee m12 over the m18 just works size weight an not far behind a m18 on performance
Hi mate I love your videos and you do a great job please do not keep hammering raw plugs in with your drill batteries use a hammer please my friend
Yes, damaged batteries can cause fires!
Alright Nick, thinking about buying a Spit gun but you still used plug and screws on this job, do you think it's a good investment?
That house has no soffit boards or insect protection 😮 There is absolutely zero chance that would pass Scottish building regulations.
And surely it won't even stop squirrels or anything to get inside?! 🤦🏻♂
It doesn't need to as it isn't in Scotland!

The volume on this video is so poor! My volume is super high then makes me jump when an advert suddenly comes on lol
Ever notice , when you,re standing , thinking some people assume , you dont know what you,re doing....? / few options at the drilled corner
Brand new property and a split load board - must have cost developer all of £60. Sale price of house?
You can spot penny pinching all over that house.
Can we have a van tour
Audio is a bit low.
Your work is outstanding very inprest with that hole
It's a shame you can't hide the ugly drainpipes! 😂
