Alien Borg is really underrated, her design's one of the coolest among Ultraseven aliens. I like how her helmet looks a bit like a chameleon, or even an insect. While the suit's execution isn't the best with those floppy shoulder pads, I feel like an updated suit made using modern materials would be cool
So that explains why the decapitate scene was cut off from the english dub version, I remember seeing that when I was kid and I did notice why they didn't show Borg's defeat.
Censoring scenes like that was American Broadcaster´s great mistake. Ive seen TNT version of Ultra Seven and it really sucks !! Not only they screw up the entire tv show by cutting "badass scenes" but also added and stupid voice over and changed the name of the actors in this show !! It simply doesnt add up !! Only hawai screened the orginal version and nobody had any heartattach as they watched the cut scenes.
