    Thanks for another great video Hank.
    It was interesting and enjoyable.
    The install went smoothly except for a few items but overall went good.
    Did not realize they cost that much and the lead time was so far out. Wow.
    The demo you did looked amazing good. Nice setup.
    Thanks for showing it to us. Neat gadget.

    teflon tape on a hydraulic circuit is fine the first time but the second time you take it apart you might get a little piece of that Teflon tape into the hydraulic system and it is so thin that it will tear up a hydraulic pump and cause all kinds of headaches
    had a long discussion about that with Kelly implement years ago I'm convinced !

      I'm certain that it is. With that set up, You can send the tractor to the "club" and back that implement up, and then twerk that implement like there's no tomorrow, shake what your maintaner connected to your 3 point hitch ... that's how that quote goes right?
      Of course changing the natural color of her rims might send a message you don't want sent ...

    Is that a 6 foot or 7 foot box scrapper. I in the market for one just want to make sure it won't be too big.

    • @hhamilton1970
      @hhamilton1970  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It's a 6'... what size tractor do you have? I think my T574 could probably handle a 7' (at least for the conditions/tasks I use mine in/for)

    • @elhappyhuero
      @elhappyhuero 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @hhamilton1970 T574 also, I'm going to be doing a lot of land grading projects and wanted the biggest box scrapper the tractor can handle.

    For $700, l think it would've been more practical to find a rear blade that had both swivel and pitch adjustment and maybe add cylinder later for pitch, if need be. Unless you need that pitch control as a daily option, just my opinion 😊 good luck

    can't you widen that tractor out by reversing the wheels or something like that?

    • @hhamilton1970
      @hhamilton1970  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes the rims have offset holes so that you can rotate them in such a way in that it widen the stance. You don't have to reverse the tires to do that.

  • @garywest-cl7id

    You are running out of rear remotes. Maybe you should think about getting a hydraulic multiplier

    You will never need nor use the full range of adjustment that the hydro side and top link provides. Moving dirt,gravel etc is always best moved in small bites…. It’s totally for gadget Guys and newbies in my view. Hell y’all never really use this stuff after you install it any way…. Those dollars are better invested in another implement that you need.

    • @hhamilton1970
      @hhamilton1970  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I have all the implements I need. I'm looking forward to having it when I need it.

      Since when was there something wrong with being a gadget guy? It's not about using the "full range of adjustment". It's about functionality and convenience. I have yet to read any regrets from tractor owners who installed top and side link. Many say they should have done it sooner.

    • @genewilliams7497
      @genewilliams7497 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Sparky-fy1zs I never said there was anything wrong with being a gadget guy ( read my post again ). Just mean it’s for folks that really don’t need all the crazy things that they come up with and have the disposable income to buy this stuff….. like how in the hell did the pilgrims ever kill a deer of turkey with out camouflage and scent block!!😂😂😂. I’ve been farming and in the construction business for 45 years and can afford anything I would ever want and to me all this stuff in just wasted $$$ when you can get 5-1/2% on the same money in CD these days. All these type purchases add up in dollars to an unreal amount collectively….. thats like all the SCV’s all these channels push adding to your tractor…. And the third functions ass to the loaders….. and grapples….. I’ve never found any chore that I couldn’t do with a set of pallet forks. Learn how to operate a machine and you wouldn’t need any if this stuff…..
