Paradigm: Reboot | Cybernetic Vampire - void (Mournfinale) - MASSIVE 16+?

Welcome back to another Paradigm: Reboot video! I believe this chart has a controversial difficulty, many people say that this is not a 16+, it should have been a 16, but others say that this is a 16+ because of scroll speed and fast tapping. Let me know what you think about this chart!
Personal opinion: This chart is not really a 16+, and I believe this should have been a 16. Even though there are many tough patterns, it's not hard enough for a 16+.
