I’ve read a few books on gaming and one of the few points that were always mentioned was that once a game is able to let their players create whatever they want, the game can truly become timeless just like Minecraft. It is also important for the game to have a really good main game and then this add on world creation should also have near endless limits which is exactly what they’re doing! Love it

They worked day and night to push this out on day two, with only some pre-planning beforehand, but no early access! 👍

Everyone will soon see that the old map was not as good as they remember. It's just nostalgia. However, I will say that season 8's map is one of the greatest right next to chapter 4 imo.
I think it would be a cool idea if there was a ltm on the chapter one map where everyone got their settings switched and it gave them something new and very hard to work with. Then it would feel harder and a more rewarding feeling when you got a win. I hope it happens it would feel so nostalgic.

i think that it would be benifcial for the gameplay of the map to remove turbo building in the future, it would slow down the game and make it less sweaty. Also making the graphics old school as well.

This felt like a Chapter 1 Season 5 match to watch. Players had figured out how to build but weren't cranking endless 90's yet. Was fun to watch

they might of gotten early alpha access
They got early access months before UEFN released, hence after it got released they published the OLD Map.
I tried it out but with a laptop it’s very laggy so I gave up with it
