Thanks for another awesome video! I am so happy for you that the acorns are safe and dry and the walks through the olive grove are magnificent! Good job with the slo-mo! Have a wonderful weekend! 🙂

Hello again! I know that all those broken branches you regard as rubble and it disturbs you. But in fact it is good organic matter that you can manage yourself slowly. They will eventually decompose and enrich the soil. I just pull such branches into heaps, out of the way and let them dry well. Then I brake them down by treading on top of them, wearing my boots, to make them touch the ground as much as possible. In that way they rot. In 2 years altogether they become nice rich black humus, good for any garden use. Making the ground uneven is a very good way to trap rain water and conduct it underground.

I absolutely love your videos. I have been exploring Greece on periodic trips to see where I'd like to buy a small place that I can create a more sustainable life. I also really appreciate hearing and watching your videos about your acorn flour enterprise. Absolutely love it. And the loom - where did you learn how to do that? Love to hear more when you have a moment. Keep up the great work. I know it takes a while to do all these videos and it is very much appreciated.
