even if we both have 120 hz, console has more input lag and again is playing on a playstation maybe which can only do so much compared to a pc. By the way i tested out both and pc is still faster even if both on 120hz

Its for pc players they have the option to change fps to any but it useless if you refreshrate is not picked correctly if you choose wrong it gonna be inconsistent only new gen have 120 fps mode but not other if it not enable you will get 60 fps

if you have a 240hz and ur playing 120fps you will get screen tearing and your monitor can’t render frames that u aren’t getting
Imma console player who also has a Pc, this isn’t how that works. You’ll most definitely have screen tearing, on top of that you’ll get zero benefits from using a lower fps then what ur monitor and pc can handle.
