You have to do lots of promotion (lyric videos, music videos, live performances, merch etc.) That’s a way to attract a larger audience. If she’s inactive with this album, it won’t do very well. Unless you have a very big fan base like Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and BTS, you shouldn’t be going inactive. The reason why bigger artists can be less active is another marketing strategy. Suspense. Keeping people waiting for something new makes people want it EVEN more.
