I’m an auditor and CPA. This whole statement is bullshit. Hindi ka nalulugi but you’re suggesting on cutting everyones paycheck and lessing everyones budget. Does that make sense? Expenditures are normal and should always be anticipated. Kumita ka naman the previous year eh bakit wala kang pang tapal? Your income from the previous calendar year can cover atleast 3-5 months operation of the following year. So Nasaan? Nahocus pocus? Eh diba dapat ikot lang yan.
You’re the producer, it’s your job to give the Operations team their budget, salaries and whatever you promised them, on time! Regardless nakakasingil ka man sa clients o hindi. Kung may delays. Problema niyo sa accounting yon, specifically ng AR (account recievable) department niyo. Wala kinalaman ang operations don bat sila ang magsasuffer? As long as they’re doing their job right and they’re effective in their roles why give them the burden? Kung flop ang show at walang advertisers dun niyo sila babalikan pero mukang hindi naman so bakit kayo mainit sa mga sweldo at privileges nila?
Anything about money issues, sa loob ng opisina ng Tape yon. Kung delay ang singil niyo, Mag abono kayo. Mababalik naman sainyo ang lahat plus may kita pa. You produce money for them dahil sainyo din naman pumapasok ang inaakyat nilang pera. At the end of the day kumita kayo, mag advance man o hindi mga tao you guys declared sa governement na you earned sa buong taon, walang loss. So bakit mainit sa mga budgets and salaries? Pati allowances sinisilip.
Isa pa, the employee applied for the advance retirement, na inapprove naman ng opisina niyo. Dumaan sa proseso. Eh di dapat ang sisihin niyo yung nagrelease at approve. Hindi yung nag file. If you truly care for your people, you wouldn’t force them to retire. Isa sa mga benepisyo yan ng mga taong nag akyat sainyo ng limpak limpak na pera ng matagal na panahon. Ang lagay kayo lang pwede kumita while sitting on your chairs and boss around? Habang sila doing the bloodwork. It’s a privilege of every loyal employee. Gusto niyo lang kasi iforce retirement para bumaba babayaran niyo eh. Simply because wala na kayong pambayad. Sinadya nyo mangyari yan para ligtas kayo sa malaking bayarin. Mga tao nga naman na pinganak ng may golden spoon hindi alam paano maghirap. Ang mga empleyado diyan na lang kumakapit sa SSS, retirement, GSIS o pension pag dating ng oras na hindi na nila kayang magbanat ng buto. They spent almost half of their lives serving you at wala naman sila negosyo kagaya nyo tas qquestionin niyo na parang niloloko kayo. You don’t appreciate them, tingin niyo sa kanila kalaban.
As an auditor point of view. Nalulugi talaga kayo. Imagine. Kelangan mong magutang sa chairman mabayaran lang sila Vic? Wala ka talagang budget?Definitely mismanagement. It’s either nanakawan kayo inside Tape ng di niyo alam or tatay nyo o kayong pamilya mismo nagwaldas.
These two people are saying statements then contradict their own statement. “We’re financially stable, but we have to ask the chairman money for Vic’s sweldo” the previous years they filed documents showing they earned hundreds of millions but they have to cut down everyones privileges they earned all of a sudden? Ang lala niyo. Ginagawa niyo kaming bobo mga Pilipino. Lumabas pa kayo at nagpainterview ng ganto lalo niyo pinapatunayan what your intentions really are. Nagagawa nga naman ng pera.
Uulitin ko interviews ni Tito Sen, There’s a public record you guys filed showing you earned hundred of millions from year 2021. Pumasok ang election period at nawalan kayo ng kalaban since ABS was shut down yet here you both are saying you guys do not have enough budget to cover the expenditures. What? Ano yun. Magic? Nawala?
We’re gonna wait for your 2022 financial statement. Let’s see what are you guys gonna declare.

Greed of the descendants I think, sila naman ang nag step in saka matanda na yung ama nila so most likely mga anak nag push nito.
Theory ko lang:
1 (on who's boss side) since sabi ni Tito di sila gaanong nakikita, baka meron idea ang mga jaloslos na segment of tao na ipasok at ayaw nila TVJ, so ganun pinakita nila na boss talaga sila.
2 (on declining business revenues) since lockdowns, maraming business ang mga politicians na nasa restaurant/bar business, baka itong TAPE lang ang malaking kita sa family business nila since lockdown and they took over for good as they see it as cash cow during bad times na kumikita parin.
3 (personal interest) sabi mo na nga "The greed of this family is unbelievable." but I do not believe na idea to ng ama nila, sa tagal na ng panahon bakit ngayon pa? and sino sa kanila mabubuhay ng matagal? sure ako mga anak nyan ang gahaman, at tingnan mo Zamboanga, wala ding malaking development sa lugar na yun under their watch.

Tumagal ng 44yrs ang business relationship nina tvj, mr tuviera, mr romy j. and yung mga tenured staff,
nung kayo na nagtake charge, umabot kayo sa ganyan kapangit na sitwasyon. Baket kaya?? Kasalanan ng tvj and mga staff??
Magmuni-muni po baka na mismanage or may miscommunication po sa side niyo (tape inc, new management).
Hindi nagsalita sa media ang TVJ despite changes happen, like force retirement of mr tuviera, delayed payroll na inabot ng years na not only kay bossing and sir joey, pagbawas sa mga sahod ng staff....nagsalita lang po si tito sen after interview ni mr. Bullet. Kung di sila magsasalita, ibig sabihin kung ano man yung nasabi na ni mr bullet sa interview ay yun na ang totoo dahil walang umimik.
Baket di na lang kayo magcreate ng bagong name ng show?? Para mas fresh, parang launching lang ng bagong noontime show. Mabibigyan niyo pa ng dignidad yung mga bagong host niyo, magkakaroon ng new face yung show, at makapagpapasaya kayo ng totoo sa nga tao. At the same time wala kayo masasaktan na host, staff and solid dabarkads viewers gaya ko. Ang pangit kaya sa pakiramdam manood ng eat bulaga ang title pero alam naman ng lahat kung kaninong mukha ang Eat Bulaga tapos nakuha niyo dahil sa pambu-bully.

Magkaiba kasi ang lens ng artists sa business owners through which they see things. Artists titingnan nila yung EB as an "institution", their co-artists as family, etc. Pero ang biz owners, ang fiscal health ng company, ang sustainability and profitability ng show, for them to stay in business.

Miscommunication ito. Kasi walang written contract at agreements. We , need to hear both sides. We dont need to jump easily and crucify these people just because you are a fan of TVJ , sa GMA ako nagwork at I really like TVJ over Jalosjos of course kasi i believe TVJ is EB But , we need to see and hear both sides, ano ba pagkukulang o sino nagkulang. Then pag under process na to let legal etc decides.

Based from bullet's interview with Boy Abunda they've been managing TAPE for a while now and everything has to be approved by their dad or them and now when they were asked as to why they owe money to the host they denied these allegations and blamed the previous management for the discrepancies. TVJ is Eat Bulaga they started it and even worked without proper compensation it is their love and passion for the show that makes it successful. The passion that you two brother's don't have. You were not a part of the Eat Bulaga family and were not there to witness TVJ and dabarkads running the show for 44 years. This new management just came in to put more money in their pockets and decrease the paychecks of those people who worked so hard for years.
Eat Bulaga is TVJ's and it wouldn't last that long without them and all their co-hosts. So glad they found a new home so BYE TAPE!

For me this interview did not help the brothers. Very inconsistent sa mga statements nila to the point of undermining the intelligence of the pinoys. It is obvious their washing hands to save their political careers.

This issue can only be resolved in the court. The process is tedious but at least there will be due process on both parties.
Ang problema kasi dito, ang isyu na ito ay protracted trial. Baka mamaya, tigok na ang TVJ at hindi pa rin nareresolve ang kaso na ito.
Pep don’t know how to ask question. Tito Sotto was clear kung saan siya nanggagaling. Dapat tinanong nila if how true yung pagpapa early retire ky Tony Tuviera. Dun nagsimula ang lahat. At yung issue na “nalulugi” daw. PEP could have done better.
Hear them as well. They are running the business of course they need to make adjustments, audits etc. Set aside the emotions, they just tried to address critical business concerns.

@@NeykongTV we don’t know exactly what the problem is, one thing is for sure, the only constant thing in this world is change. TVJ will always be legends that’s a fact but these bosses need to keep the business running profitably and if adjustments are needed, then why not.

I can understand their frustrations as the financer/capitalist of the business. TAPE is a business industry not a charitable institution. Kala nila madali lang magbitaw ng pera para pampuhunan, ang hirap kaya mag ipon para may pampuhunan at halos lahat yata ng negosyante baon sa utang, at mahirap din e-established ang good credit rating sa mga financers like banks, kung wala kang word of honor o guarantor at wala ka ding kakayahan na magbayad like property na pangcollateral, di ka talaga papautangin tapos ang laki pa ng interest, kaya natural lang na magstrict sila na babaan ang production cost at the most reasonable expense, kaharamihan sa talent artist lucrative ang talent fee at luxurious ang life style with their huge monetary allowances, they are treated as kings, queens, princess and princesses samantalang ung mga regular wage earner muchacha ang treatment, walang benefits/incentives o kahit security of tenure to which i agree na The Jalosjos brothers must have to intervene to regulate the management's expenditures with the talent and have all negotiatiobs done written and with contract.
In short, TVJ and Jalosjos brothers have both good intentions, konting mis understanding lang yan, ng dahil sa mga ego nila, mga lalaki talaga, hayzzzz, pataasan ng ihi... Lol. Sana magkaayos sila. Cooperation and Collaboration mas needed pra umasenso ang ekonomiya ng bansa natin, too much and extreme comparison and competition is toxic that poisons our society and not good to our mental health. Feeling ng TVJ inapakan sila at walang respeto sa kanila. Luck of communication and respect ang nangyari sa kaguluhan. You can't just take over and stepping on people's toes. No Repertoire.

After hearing both sides, there's this non-technical gap that hasn't been addressed properly. One may say that no hostile takeover took place, but it's hard to deny the fact that everything rises and falls with leadership. On the left side of the equation, you have the law backing up the Jalosjos, whilst to some may argue they have best intention, the approach leans towards the aggressive drastic change that didn't reflect towards the percived rightful personalities.
TVJ has obviously earned the respect of the people throughout those solid four decades by means of sweat and blood. On a deeper level, what everyone forget is that this situation doesn't rob Jalosjos nor the TVJs - this situation robs the guts out of each and every filipino people.
Lol this is the problem with us most Filipinos, getting too much sentimental that our decisions get clouded. TVJ is old. They no longer perform as good as before, yet they want to be paid more than ever. Or at least significantly higher than what they perform. And that’s what making TAPE “Lugi”.
TAPE pays for everything, arranges contracts, looks for guests, do all the talks behind the scenes when they do events and visits places. TAPE loses money because of unfair demands from their hosts. While TAPE still earns a bit, it’s not equal to the effort they put on their work. So lugi sila. TVJ on the other hand enjoy too much privilege for their lousy(compared to before) hosting.
TAPE wouldve still paid them for the intellectual rights, so TVJ will still earn good even if they get replaced. All they had to do was to step down and pass the torch professionally to the next batch of hosts.

Magkaiba talaga ang business perspective as an employer vs employee. It happened that they conduct external audit to be their basis on the changes on the management as well as the operations which eventually challenge how the previous operations really works, and these is probably one of the reason why ang daming issues na naraise and questions between the parties and ended up having TVJ leaving the TAPE Inc. Ayun lang dahil sa changes na gusto nila eventually they will be operating probably loss in the next years to come as it will be difficult for them to bring back Eat Bulaga ratings and sponsorship which is the main source of income of EB and Tape Inc.

The retirement benefits isn’t something the Jalosjos gave for free. It’s something that any employee earned over the years. It just means that they get less after retirement. Gunggung talaga ang kalbo at kapatid. Mahal yung tvj because of their value. Malaki naman ang returns. What they want is use TVJ, para May value pero yung costs nila idecrease. Akala nila wais sila. Good for TVJ na hindi magpagamit sa mga ulol na hindi marunong sa business.
