I tell my case, with only 5 months the thread guide already makes noise and stops working well. Shimano is sent for repair. What is my surprise that after a week the thread guide already gives problems and I discover that they have put me a kit of a thread guide from a Stradic ci4 + previous to the FA. The Fa carries the PK 0217 thread guide kit and the Stradic ci4 + fb carries the PK0360. The diameter of the F thread guide seems somewhat smaller ..... I have been freaking out with the Shimano after-sales service ...Shimano Spain
