it does not not sadly, i have it but maybe its visually glitch coz it does say u get shikai and bankai faster or maybe its for xp gain in meditation

No it says that it lets you get shikia AND bankia easier and if shikia was 10 when its supposed to be 20 bankai should be half too
I got kurosaki after a lot of spin all of them from codes i was sad knowing hado 90 was exclusive to aizen clan but know that I know that I will have access to mugetsu makes me happy
