37-year-old mom here, and I spent my entire 20s living in LA and traveling all over! I'm back in my Michigan hometown now but I have absolutely zero regrets and so many memories.
don’t play the comparison game and feel the obligation to “live it up” by moving all over. i am living it up and making the most of my twenties by settling into a home with my husband and child. but that is my dream and it’s been made a reality. so make sure you evaluate what makes you truly happy and not feel the pressure to move and live. living is doing what makes you happy. you have your whole life to travel just like you have your whole life to settle down❤
Ahh Lauren I just love your videos! They are so "simple" in the BEST way! You motivate me to live a more fulfilling life and that there is enough time in the day for your goals. I hope you keep making videos for a long time!
i usually don’t have the attention span to watch youtube videos but i absolutely LOVE these vlogs !!! you seem so sweet and kind !!! thank you for these vlogs 🩷🩷🩷🩷
I’ve been using the snail musin for over a year at night every night. I’m 43 and no Botox. Dysport once around my eyes after my mom died 😢.. but I think my face is looking pretty glass and snatched. Love it
Highly, highly recommend doing anything that makes you scared. Take all of the opportunities to live/visit abroad while you’re still young, especially if you’re financially able to.
Cutting out caffeine is awful 😂 I tried earlier this year. Lasted 2 weeks and was not doing well at work! I’m limiting myself to 2 coffees or espresso per day and must be before 10am. 😊 that helped!
Hey Lauren, when i was around your age in the 1980s, there was not all this social media that is around today and i also felt like you do now. At that time, i was living in the cleveland ohio suburbs and i did not like living in cities! So as a clevelander, you are a west sider or east sider. I used to live in very tall apt. high rises with views of lake Erie and i thought i would be in cleveland for the rest of my life. well, because my main job was in the airlines and worked at 4 different airlines in a span of 30 years, i realized that the cold weather was not my thing and found out living in warmer weather was. so many things can change as you get older. now that i am retired from the airlines for a year and a half, i can look forward to flying wherever southwest (that is the airline i retired from), goes and won't have to pay for my flights on southwest so if i want to go and travel somewhere, i can as long as i can get on a flight that has a seat for me! but i do know that the tampa/rocky point area is where i would settle down during retirement. my parents in the cleveland ohio area, both passed away a few years ago and my sister lives in the west palm beach area, my brother and his family are my only relatives left in my hometown of cleveland ohio and all my work friends and neighborhood friends moved away so i realized that i have to make tampa my permanent home. i found out myseld basically that i am used to the heat here in florida but can't take the cold weather anymore. sooner or later you will findout where your home will be and it sounds like tampa is a great fit for you!! keep up the great work on your videos as i am trying to improve my slots/travel channel here. be safe out there!!!!
Actually you could Lauren… don’t limit yourself. Stay in an air bnb in St. Pete and market the heck out of it … title your vids “a WHOLE MONTH staying in St. Pete!” And try all their brands on camera for potential deals… You can literally do anything you want to do! ❤
You should look into the book “Fast Like A Girl” and it talks a lot about hormones and eating the correct foods and fasting. It’s interesting and I actually listened to it on Audible. I think you’d like it.
Have you done blood work for your cortisol? I thought mine was high and worked on lowering it and then did a blood panel and my cortisol is completely fine
I agree when she said it's just a buzzword in the fitness community right now, I'm sure hers is fine! It's more about reducing stress and anxiety overall not some magic "cortisol" :)
I loved it for about a week and then it made my eczema flair up SO bad. I had to stop using and it cleared up within days. I won't buy it again, either.

Aww that makes me so so happy to hear!! Thank you for watching
I am not cutting out caffeine but I have noticed a big change if I wait at least an hour AFTER waking up to have my cup, and I keep it small.
Two TH-cam vlogs in one week makes my heart happy! Always lift my spirits and mood!
Your voice and videos are so calming! I also love your watch and bracelet!

Not me sipping cold brew at 12:32pm when you started talking about Gracie Nortons podcast

Cortisol actually peaks first thing in the morning, so experts say to not have coffee first thing without eating! It helped me immensely 🤍
I love the snail mucin! I noticed a difference really quick- I just need to be more consistent with using it!
Cutting out caffeine is awesome! You will have a lot energy after one week
Always looking forward to your vlogs ❤
I love your pjs!
I like to put on the snail mucin after my toner and before moisturizer 😊
love watching u

Here to say I was also going to offer the idea of trying St. Pete out via Air BnB.
Can you try decaf after your one coffee in the morning? That's what I do to still enjoy a pick me up later on
i wonder if there’s such thing as decaf cold brew bc cold brew is what i have in the morning!

Hi, did you have to use a drill on the wall?

Hey Lauren synder I’m first to comment on this post and also happy Wednesday to you. 😊❤🎉
what car do you drive??
Hey Lauren
Completely random question 😂 ever wake up and your allergies are just crazy wild and you cant quit sneezing? Real life struggles
I use this snail mucin about 4-5 months. To be honest, it does nothing to my skin. I’ll definitely not repurchase this product
I loved it for about a week and then it made my eczema flair up SO bad. I had to stop using and it cleared up within days. I won't buy it again, either.

Any coffee guy updates??!!!
