So, fun trivia "Snildar" is Icelandic for 'Smash'. And yeah, group punishment of the "If one of you doesn't fess up you all suffer" is really common for kids over here. This ep was just, so good and so amazing seeing all the holidays they came up with and how well it fits ever culture.

Armoured: "Pretty sure you can't do that, because... that would be a diplomatic issue." - I think Twilight was just bluffing there, especially since RD later revealed that she and Twilight had suspected who the guilty party was all along, and they were just giving him a chance to come clean.
This episode is one of my favorite of the holiday specials, the Student 6 telling their holiday stories is very interesting, and i'm glad this episode gave Gallus some character development, and his reasons for wanting to spend Hearthswarming with his friends was actually understandable, i mean if i had no family to spend the holidays with i would do the same thing.
It’s amazing how one single episode can change the way you feel about a character. Just like what happened with Diamond Tiara in “Crusaders of the Lost Mark,” this episode made me like Gallus a lot more than before. It’s sad to know that he’s actually an orphan at Griffonstone. Which explains why he was hesitant about leaving the school in the premiere. I respect this young Griffon after learning about his background.🙂
I love this episode so much. There’s a whodunnit aspect to it, but it’s mostly building lore about not just the student 6, but also more about the cultures they come from. I wish we had more time with them. I actually currently like the portion of episodes they get per season, and I do think the show got its due runtime with 9 seasons, But I wish the students got to be apart of more than just two of them.
I like this Hearth’s Warming episode. It’s a good episode that gives us some exposition on the holiday traditions of the Young 6 and what it looks like when they spend time together with their tribe. Some sweet, questionable, and heartfelt stories from each of the six.

I love this Christmas episode because of the stories and I got to learn more about Gallus and his life.

Learning more about the other species holidays was quite nice since it also helped us learn more about the student 6.
