the tuxedo one dissapeared altough there is another plugin simply called "big uploads" by infinite upload that seems to do the same thing, altough you don't change the size from settings but from the media upload page. Right next to where it writes max upload size there should appear some new text that sais change. This plugin claims about 500gb max upload size
