Any recommends of acceptable ammo for a Luger, My friends wont fully reseat and thinking it needs a hotter load or a new mainspring as its 100 yrs old..
Any old hand guns, recommended to replace complete spring set if they are available. I replaced spring sets on all my Japanese nambu pistols. I reload to factory specifications. They shoot/cycle perfect. 👋 🇦🇺
WW2 arms evolution was like watching evolution in action. As humans became better fed and bigger, .32acp became less potent and so 9mm & 45 cal became the norm.

YOU are dangerous with the handing of someone else’s firearms that’s for sure. I started collecting at the age of 15 years old..In 1967..That stopped for 3 years After coming back Nam I came back with a lot of souvenirs myself,But started collecting young got my first German SS helmet and German Ruger 1942 dated from World War II it came back as a souvenir.. I picked them both up for $50 dollars.. and then my uncle he was in the Navy in World War II he still had his original 1911 with the matching knife and 100 other guns..Have alot of collectibles from my grandfather from World War "1" and also my father from World War II" that he gave me when he passed away... I love American weapons but I find myself buying more Walthers and Mausers then anything.. what can you say Germany was ahead of their times as far as weapons.. I just watched a video where these guys owned a weapons Surplus Warehouse where they had cases and cases of handguns, rifles, ammunition, leather holsters, and daggers, gun clips you name it all the handguns were still in Factory Grease.. they came from Czechoslovakia Poland and other foreign countries would be nice to pull up with a forklift and a big pickup truck..🤑 makes you wonder how much they paid for a case of handguns and were they Factory Rejects or did they all work.🤔..That Video was 2 years ago now it's 2021 and we have that imbecile Joe Biden as president is he going to take away or 2nd Amendment rights and have the ATF banging at everybody's doors with search warrants... now we have thousands and thousands of illegal immigrants coming into Arizona from Honduras and Guatemala how many other countries, in the one video the guy said there's no work there's too many murders too much crime...So now what bring all the murderers and a crime wave all over the United States now we need our guns more than ever in one month this guy destroyed America.. where's Lee Harvey Oswald when you need him the most..Joking they need to put the real president back-in he won without cheating "Donald Trump" and the Patriots need to pull out their weapons and defend our own country on American soil.. A bit cavalier in handling as well.
We wipe everything down with oil rags whenever we pick up a gun. 30 years of doing this and never had a gun rust or smudge on me.
