He had a hit show in the 90’s called The Commissioner” He played the Commissioner part. We watched it every Saturday night!

I grew up on Long Island in the suburbs so of course we drove everywhere.
EXCEPT the city. In my 20s we went to NYC a lot, and we always took the LIRR. Hourly service most of the time straight to Penn Station (same for return trip). Took about an hour, cost like $22 round trip I think. Bout the same time and cheaper considering tolls, plus way less stressful.
I can't imagine Jerry, George, and Elaine would opt to drive out there rather than take the train especially since driving would be a Manhattanite's last thought for transportation!

I once told this woman who I didn’t care for that I met at a party in Northern California that if she’s ever in LA to stop by my place and we would hang out try on clothes and style each other’s hair thinking I wont ever see her again. A few days later I’m back in LA style my moms helping her pick out fashion outfits and this woman walks in. It was a nightmare

Awkward...the earlier seasons. I can't believe this show ever made it to achieve its greater level.
Wouldn't have made it today with the tik-tok levels of focus that most people have, but remember things were very different in the 80s and 90s😂

my mom loved the earlier episodes and I couldn't figure out why. I was probably in 8th grade when i finally started liking the show. And now i understand why.
