Our Trommel Screens are built to customer specifications, allowing the customer to choose what size of rock they want in each load out bay. This allows the quarry/mine to handle the material the least amount of times before it is sold. For example, in this video: The material being screened is as-dug. The first and second sections of the drum is a fines material that is being transferred to a deck screener. The second section is transported to a crusher. The third section stock piled and sold as is. The discharge end (oversize material that falls out the end of the drum) is also stock piled and sold as is. It all depends upon the customer/quarry's needs and what size material they are looking to sell. We have Trommel Screens that only clean the material by screening out the clay, sand and fines, then all the clean material can be crushed or screened down further if required. And then we have Trommel Screens that only screen out of the fines in the first section and then each section after that is a salable product straight out of the Trommel. Our Trommels can produce 2 to 9 different screened sizes.

Yes we do. Our Trommel Screens are free standing for ease of relocation and can be road legal depending upon size of the unit.
