Potatoes 600g
(감자 600g)
Corn flour 2 tablespoons
(옥수수가루 2큰술)
2 tablespoons butter
(버터 2큰술)
Garlic 2 tablespoons
(마늘 2큰술)
Fried twice: 1st time 15 minutes, 2nd time 5 minutes
(2번 튀기기 : 1회 15분, 2회 5분)

Totally, it is like remove the natural starsh of the potatoes by washing and boiling to then add... cornstarsh... you can litterally start the recipe by frying, just don't wash the potatoes after cutting so they keep their starsh and you will get the same result.

That’s not true ! Perhaps you wouldn’t but a lot of people would make this recipe repeatedly . The adding cornflour and twice frying is an old cooking method that people have used and still do use.

Нуда, рецепт для идиотов с большим количеством лишних телодвижений. Промыть картошку в воде от крахмала, чтобы потом засыпать этот же самый крахмал в пакет к этой же картошке. Сварить ее сначало в воде, как будто если сразу ее не кинуть в кипящее масло она в нем не сварится.
