Allegro!!! So good ❤
Thank you so very much. This gem had been my devoted companion since Oistrakh and Stern recorded in 1959 and it has been my steadfast companion lo all these years!
Four uploads in such little time?! This is amazing! And this piece-I don’t think I’ve ever heard it! Thank you, thank you, and thank you!
Thank you! I enjoyed the third movement.
So do I. Such a brilliant piece.
5:55 Vivaldi was a man who knew righteous anger
Utter gem!
Remarkable how little music notation has changed in 300 years compared to text in handwriting. My handwritten scores are as equally readable-or probably - less than those of Vivaldi centuries ago.
sad music 👍👍👍
i Love Minor Music
thank you for playing this piece
Vivaldi was especially masterful in minor keys.
I have the feeling that this was composed around the same time as RV 514.
🎉🎉❤❤
sobradamente.
never thought that there's staccato in vivaldi's time.
Vivaldi seems to have used it more as he aged. You can see it used extensively in later pieces!
Why wouldn't they have it tho?
Arthur Vale - Música I think they were surprised because during the Baroque Era, articulation was usually entrusted to the performers.
Oh, I didn't know that. It's kinda strange how music notation got more "specific" as times passed, I mean, during the Renaissance many works didn't even notate accidentals, the performers were supposed to alter them based on the rules of counterpoint. Then, when we get to the Romantic period, even pedaling is a lot more specific.
Your never thought is your problem. You should have thought about it.
Do you think this was a reworking of a trio sonata? no orchestra at all in the second movement.
