Oh wow, I'm surprised by the amount of articulation on her! And WOW, what a difference after her spa day for that hair!! I often use small amounts of braid spray - it's usually in the textured/"ethnic" hair aisle - it works very well on synthetic hair. A Black collector and friend of mine told me years ago that they often make braids out of the same type of hair that a lot of dolls get rooted with, and it's a huge help! Love the dress you made her, and the fabric is RIGHT up my alley! Lovely work as always, Marna

Elsa turned out great and I absolutely love the dress you made her! ❤️That frantic is so pretty. We have the giant Ariel and her hair is a nightmare. It‘s the type of hair that the minute after you brush it, it gets tangled again...instantly! So, her hair is always a mess 😂 But the big dolls are so much fun. You got great deals on both!

Wow she's very articulated. I just found a Disney descendents doll for 7$ at goodwill... She may be the same size as this girl :) her legs aren't articulated but it's ok. This is my first doll this size so I'm excited 😁 tysm for sharing how you did this girl... I'll definitely use some of your tips when i clean mine up. Oh WOW! Disney Descendants for $7! They are dolls I am hoping to find. I think they are 24". Just set some time aside and go for it. Also, if the clothes need more than just a sink washing, depending on what they are made of, I do not put them in the washing machine. I use Oxy Clean in the kitchen sink, and have used it even on antique doll clothing, without any problems. Of Course, you never know. But for me? Worth trying for sure. CONGRATS ON THAT GREAT FIND! Hi marna just a tip, shampoo conditioner a bit of baby gel oil and then a bit of downy and then boil some water and do the downy dunk and rinse with cold water a couple of times and the hair turns out like New!!!! Beautiful doll!!

I think I used a size 1 on the Elsa doll. Sewing for them is not hard. I will be doing more sewing for the larger dolls very soon. Sorry for the late reply, we have been away. ;-)
