This RTL is like discovering Metallica all over again. My cousin turned me on to Metallica 41 years ago when I was Five years old. I lost my cousin 8 months ago and wish like hell he could have heard this. Unrelated, but I think if you made a video with all of your Chris Poland solo adaptations of other songs I would just listen to that on repeat. Such a meserizing sound that was too short on the original peace sells and you expanded it to other songs.

Amazing bro! Did you EQ the drums too? I like using EQ match for these things to make the MOP drums sound like the RTL drums. I hope you know what I mean. Works well with the voice too
Thanks man! I didn’t use any EQ actually, cause the drum sound of both albums are very similar. I just added some room reverb. Love your videos btw!

There's no piano in the original. Before I learned to play the guitar, I thought the same, but it's not. It's palm muted guitar. It does sound very similar, specially with studio treatment. You can see how James does it in live performances.
Actually I think it's better without the piano 😁 but the intro and clean riff part have Dave vibes in this one
