Israel isn't at war with Lebanon, if it was there would be no electricity internet running water or anything in all of Lebanon. Israel is fighting Hezbollah a Lebanese terror group the biggest in the world that are backed by Iran and have taken south Lebanon hostage. They have killed more Muslims in the past 10 years than Israelis and call themselves the protectors of Lebanon, ask the Syrians what they think of hezbollah. They decided on the 8th of October by firing thousands of rockets, missiles, and drones at Israel for almost a year now, that Lebanon is in the war.
It's not between two countries... it's between a country and terror organization. The government of Lebanon doesn't want Hezbollah to shoot rockets into Israel, but they don't have the power to stop them. This is what happens when you take in too many Muslim migrates!
Leave Lebanon but stay in Israel u will be safe with IDF

Israel always won quick war but this is becoming longer war which is not favor for Israel because if all men fights war and no one work then who is going to support economy? What is worse for Israel is that most free world including most EU countries do not support Israel attacking Palestine civilians. Israel is also losing support from many Americans due to attacking on Palestine civilians. Israel never experienced grinding open war and longer war favors Arabs with back up supports from rich Saudi and Gulf States.
