Jazzy, I’m “old school” so to speak but I loved this video! I talked to my children about EVERYTHING just like you do! I still remember how aI was raised but I have sense to know that times change and things are DEFINITELY DIFFERENT! Whoever can’t get with it, don’t have to watch. Everybody raises their children the way they want. It’s not up to us to say what’s right or wrong for somebody else. Carry on Jazzy. This is what works for you and I’ll keep watching! Yep yep yep.💕

It's fine to have whatever conversation with your family, but I would suggest everyone not talk at the same time in order for them to obtain the information. Maybe give them a stick or whatever and say, the person holding the stick is the only person that gets to talk.

One thing I will give Kyeisha, is she gives the real, deal Holyfield to these girls.
Remember when one did not want to move, Kyeisha shut it down!
She gave it to them real like “pretty much, don’t nobody care about what yall don’t want to do!”
I love the conversation she had with them about the move 💯💯💯💯

I totally agree with the way the conversation is going. I talked to my children the same way even though I’m what folks call me “old school”. I have sense enough to know that times have changed but the subject matter is pretty much the same. Every family dynamic is different and that doesn’t make the way you’re raising your children wrong. It’s straight and to the point just like I did. I think children appreciate that direct approach. I love it!💕

I'm 58 and I taught my kids that they may see friends that have two moms or two dads and to be respectful of everyone. I think Im one of your older watchers and I get it . I’m in tune with the times and the way that they have changed. I keep it real with them and let them know the worst case scenario in all situations so that they can consider that and know it’s a possibility for an outcome.

  • @stylishmom0127

I am old school, but I also talk to my children. My children think I am weird because I talk to them about things that most parents in my age group wouldn’t talk to their children about. I want my children to come to me whenever they feel some type of way or just because. I like the approach Kyeisha took towards the situation. It was a teachable moment for Faith. I love the transparency within your family dynamic. It can open the door for families to have an uncomfortable conversation with their children. Keep having those conversations. I just had a conversation with my 12 year old and my husband was upset and I told him this is the reason why babies are having babies. They can’t talk to their parents so they go elsewhere, not mines. Come to me so we can discuss it.

Hello Jazzy and family, remember that the teaching starts at home first and if you continue to teach them while they're young they will remember what to do and what not to do, And for your cutting board if you put a wet dish cloth underneath it will stop it from sliding around while you are cutting on it and last if you know that you're going to cook some smoked meat you should always start them first because it takes a couple of hours to cook to perfection i mean by the meat falling off the bone perfection then you add your beans or collard greens you'll love it, yep yep yep 💖

My family loves to cut up cabbage, potatoes and kielbasa and boil it together. Mom never seasoned the water, but I do. Sometimes I don't use water at all, I use beef bone broth, because I buy beef kielbasa. Then I season it so the potatoes and cabbage taste good. It's my favorite meal to make because of how easy it is and how filling it is. :)
And we never, ever. EVER. Cook without Goya Sazon. I just restocked on it, myself.

I have some old school values but Im learning with my teen that things are different now and if I want her to trust me and be open with me...I have to have a open mind and present myself as such. Now, I still believe in certain things and lay down the law and hands if need be😂 but I've made some gradual changes.

That in itself goes against your original belief of being “real and raw.” Expect some real and raw comments lol. Kayla and Alissa have to remember that their actions are being watched cause they’re the older sibling. Just always keep it real with her and let her know the downfalls and not just think being in a relationship is the thing to do. Sorry babies if I spelled yall names wrong

Hello beautiful. The turkey, wing looks delicious. Next time, season your turkey wings like your normally do and then add zesty Italian dressing and let it slow cook. It's absolutely delicious
