If I understand correctly, you are talking about verb conjugation. In this case, we would use 'show' unless our subject is third person singular. I show..., You show..., We show..., He/She shows..., They show... Use the medical report as an example, we would use 'shows' (eg. The medical report shows a broken arm.' Hope this helps 🙂
