Mate, he was the one who literally warned the owners something was wrong with the horse. He’s not the trainer or responsible for the horses well-being at all besides when he’s riding it, so why put the blame on him? Seems very virtue signally.

Genuine question here if anyone can answer. Almost all jockeys have a certain build, they’re small, tight and incredibly strong. They also all seem to have an up pitched voice.
Are jockeys scouted? Are there Jockey scouts that go through schools/club sports etc that try look for a particular type of person? It’s almost like jockeys are a different breed, i met Craig Williams at work, didn’t know the man or follow the sport but I asked if he was a jockey just because he looked and sounded like one! The lady’s behind him were smitten when he told his story haha.
