If they bring an animal to the hospital the hospital has to take it. If it's injured wildlife then call who handles wildlife or the police could help with that.

Arang is very clever boy knowing where to use the toilet. He will be a very trainable boy. If he's a golden retriever that helps explain it as they are a very intelligent breed and are often trained as working dogs such as seeing eye dogs.
