I have this vid saved as a Favorite, ive seen in many times but now i only come back to watch their expressions at the end of match 1. The young guy catching his breath and looking around if anyone saw him actually beat Daigo, and Daigo with a big smile (for Daigo) reminded of new blood in the scene of such old games he holds dear. I live a bit of that other guys shock and joy of beating Daigo even if once or twice
cheeseynz In Super Turbo different stages run at different speeds. Deejay's is one of the slower ones. I think Daigo mostly played on Cammy's stage at the arcade event, which is almost perfectly mid speed. Zangief, Dhalsim and Claw's stages are some of the fastest.
sabishiihito Can't say with confidence, but on the odd occasion I've played it, I don't remember noticing any speed differences. For what it's worth, USF2 seems to be based on HSF2 and that 100% doesn't have any differences in stage speed as I tested it myself with a capture card and video editing software to count the frames. Capcom didn't mention anything about changing the stage speeds in USF2, so it would make sense that the stage speeds were already fixed in the version USF2 is built on and just carried over, which I suspect to be HSF2.
coalcar jack have commit his life every day to fightcade and ssf2t daigo just play after all those years of retirement from ssf2t and got it.fucking beast
Daigo got beat and perfected by Jeff Shaffer like 9 time. Jeff was in retirement for 10+ years. Jeff Took 14 out of the 20 matches. Daigo is good but hes not on the level of the OG's and if played against prime tomo ohira daigo wouldn't have even won a game
He reminds of the guy who lived on the 2nd floor of my apartment from my junior year in college who I used to play cod zombies with. Remember that guy?
Jack plays with too much patterns....Daigo was able to read Jack's tendencies and would sometimes just pause a bit longer...then sweeps....then make Jack guesses while Jack just plays his tendencies to his doom. Daigo the master-in-game-adjuster!!!
It was close at first but you can tell at some point Daigo remembered how to play the game.
diago plays 4 fun, jack plays to save his life.
he remembered he was allowed to play with 2 hands
he got destroyed
@@dullaf4099 Golcar won, deal with it. Everyone plays for fun.
His Guile is really good tho
It's a treat to watch two great players showcase this classic match-up.

17:30 what a maximizing punishment 😂
This is vintage Street Street Fighter. Absolutely beautiful stuff.
1:36 even Daigo was impressed by the sequence of his dodges
Daigo expression when winning:
RYU
KEN
That reflex when Daigo counters the Sonic Boom with Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku
lol
Daigo with facial expressions during a game is somewhat hilarious

1:40 A cara do Daigo reconhecendo o potencial do menino. Fera demais!
Why does Turbo 3 seem so slow compared to the matches Daigo played against Ogou and Kurahashi?

Grand Master Challenge HSF2 doesn’t have the varied stage speed problem, does it? Watching matches, it doesn’t seem like it does.

Grand Master Challenge wow didn’t know that at all
How many many times you reckon Daigo’s played this match up?
With gameplay like this, I get so angry when I watch Street Fighter 5 players say how good they are lol
Good set!
Try counting the amount of throws Daigo did.
Damn good point
6. Now try counting how many hadokens he threw :)
Dois feras ! 👊👊

It is amazing!!!!

Good set
Daigo legend
Guile super agressivo
GolcarJack reminds me of the antagonist from the first Karate Kid.
psych0s15 haha yeah I agree xD

When this matchup was actually fun to watch! AKA when Ryu actually had to be respected! AKA when Ryu was actually good! OK you get my point.
watching sf2 is so hard what's a miss input a netural jab or a setup it's wild

3x a good player can't beat 7x a better one.
The set was fun to watch thou, but the commentators a bit too much in.favor of.jacks win.lol
Nice!
Ain’t no white boy beating the legend
Muted
Ser Gut!
wp jack
GolcarJack beaten 9-3 says it all.
U cant f with Daigo
Guile is nerfed. In most fights vs Ryu, he's winning the tactical battle but just can't keep up with Ryu's highly damaging attacks.
Patent Daigo no more lol
He looks like Jake from Two and a Half Men.
Conner Mc Gregor vs Floyd Mayweather
Iso Tonik yeah, well it takes one to know one. First time playing ST?
Not really,
@@exmosquito whats st
Goldcar is a punk
Fucking golgay jack
0:50 Hizo la carga en menos de 1 segundo para ejecutar el flash kick, ni Daigo lo esperaba, se ve su reacción.
no realmente, tuvo tiempo de más para tenerla
