- Foraging in June without narration. This is not only a fun outdoor activity much like a scavenger hunt, its also very resourceful and healthy way to gather nutrients from nature and learn more about survival, not to mention its a great time to be crafting a flute from hogweeds. Nature & Music Only with identification of plant source.
You can find and use so many of nature's bounty of plants and trees to dehydrate and store.
Here is what I found for teas & tonics, and moths in June. I also made a homemade bushcraft flute from plant materials.
Hope you enjoy this short walk in the field and forest foraging for wild greens and edibles in June.

What naturals do you recommend for heart health?
Thanks Randy, it was fun to make, I enjoy doing those things, hobby time. I can't do recommendations be different for everyone depending on if existing conditions or medications, I can give you ideas of what to ask about like herbal supplements, for example turmeric is a great spice for ailments and inflammations, like dandelions and red clover they also help heart health, its just you have to be careful depending on your own situation, hope that helps give you ideas to ask professional about.
