I never knew Bernstein conducted Boheme. Always new surprises! Bernstein conducted, late-1950s or early-1960s, Rosenkavalier with Sills as Sophie. I wonder if any kind of tape exists for that performance.
P.S. Sills specifically mentioned this performance in her memoirs; it was way before his recording with Jones & Ludwig.
