I've never seen the translated lyrics because I just assumed it was the same as the english version but it's hella not. Then the korean version is about him trying to confess that he doesn't love them anymore. I love how the title is Honestly 솔직히... and the lyrics are how the girl is not acting the same, he sees the ending of this and he believes her "I Love You" is but a lie.
