- Ellen's favorite kid presidential expert Macey Hensley first impressed everyone with her knowledge in 2015 when she was just five years old. Countless appearances later, now 12-year-old Macey returned in 2022 to look back at some of her favorite experiences from her time growing up on the show.

I feel like many more kids *are* like her, but we parents don't always catch the signs and know how to encourage them.
That kid has a very sharp mind. You can tell from the way she speaks, how elaborate her words are. She's so smart.

She's amazing! When I was in the 8th grade, I learned a song in our choir class. Years later, I can still say all the states in alphabetical order because of that song!

My daughter got to meet Macey at the Hartford City Civil War reenactment. She bought her a necklace and the girls talked for a little bit. I have the cutest picture of the 2 of them. Macey was beyond tired after a full day of reenacting. I believe she has a bright future ahead of her.
