Very nice Vedio mam...All the 5 points makes sense...Acceptance,Hobby,Music,Friends,Breathe....I am 53 now & have a grownup son who is doing his master's in Biotech...shortly he will also be leaving me😢and the passion I had for music & singing was suppressed in my life...couldn't share it with anyone..so I just used to listen some gr8 film songs...then luckily we got in touch with all our school friends & started Whatsapp group and it's here I started singing now...already 200 songs I have recorded...that too multi language & my friends are enjoying & supporting me...am also gifted with a good voice...finally I became vry.calm now....that's only music which made me busy & calm.❤❤thank u for sharing your story....it made me emotional and to share mine too🙏🙏

This Video is really amazing and I think every mothers feelings when somehow their children leave them ,I my case when both my sons went to the States for higher studies and finally decided to stay there, Initially it was very difficult because they were soo very close to me and my life revolved around them .There was a void in my life and I cried all the time ,although we were very much in touch ,My house was like EMPTY ,But then I realized that this I have to look after my husband too and my kids will not like me sad all the time ,so I also started listening to music ,revived my hobbies and stated doing everything which made me happy ,Now I am much composed and go out for vacations with husband and my girl gang.

I have decided to engage myself in a hobby which was sidelined for a few years when my daughter was in 10th... Let's see how it goes... You are absolutely correct ....I am very similar to you ...I have two sons who are living away from us since 18 years..for the study....I never too much involved on their lives...and they both are not much involved in our lives too .I give ti they both sime personal space...its better for our relationship....and after they going for study ...I restarted my hobbies ..whuch really I have been left for my sons ..so now enjoy my life smoothly ..without they both ...my both sons encourage me a lot and they both are my best friends too..how I am so lucky to maintain our relations and bonding with each others 17:36

Please share your experience on how to deal with teen aged children .. I have a daughter of age 14 years. She has always been a very adorable girl but these days we are having so many arguments in each and every discussions. In my opinion, we should try not to attach with our children
too much. Because it will be really hard for us and children when we separate . Our success is when we make them independent. When they are about to leave, we should get a job or a hobby or start education again. We can travel. We should also try on ourselves to be practical and not too emotional. Because children now adays don't reciprocate with their parents when they get too emotional.
