Gurwin Jewish Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and other quality nursing homes throughout the NY state are advocating on behalf of older New Yorkers who rely on skilled nursing care facilities. We are petitioning for a 20% increase in the Medicaid rate in the 2025/26 Fiscal Year state budget to help bridge the current shortfall and align reimbursement with the cost of care.
