@@dnasty312 For once Tina should've been tossed out for once, like how on Fresh Prince Jazz threw out Philip Banks in 1 episode "normally Jazz gets thrown out"
September: Bow Popular kids: *laughs* Tina: Your dog says "Bow" any dog can say that. September: No no you misunderstood, I want you to bow to me. Popular kids: *speechless*
As I look back on the Off Beats, it's reminds me of Peanuts. The art style is the same art style "Susie Kabloozie" and "Sheep in the Big City" because it's by Mo Willems, I'm also a fan of his animation and books.
September is actually a female name, but I think August named his dog September as a joke meaning that September follows August on the Gregorian calendar. September was originally the seventh month of the year and followed Sextillus on the early Roman calendar.
If this were made today, The Offbeats would be dressed in all black, covering their faces, and gang assaulting the populars for not being their friends.
Omg this my favorite Off-Beats episode. I used to love seeing this one. this brings back way too many memories. Ah I miss the 90s!!!
This was the joy of my childhood.... brings back so many memories!!!
I've been looking all over for this!!!!
Their faces when he says "I want you to bow to me" . . . . still makes me laugh after like 20 years.
FUCK YES!!! My favorite Offbeats segment ever, and it's finally on TH-cam! Thank you a thousand times over for this upload!
I used to watch these shorts as a a kid. Looking back, they seemed to be the late 90s equivalent of and/or inspired by the Peanuts gang.
+Joshua Moore Yep. He did the introduction for the 1969-1970 Peanuts comic strip book collection by Fantagraph Books.
Erica Riley I know right? To me, it seems like a Peanuts rip-off!
It's always funny that the popular kids always throw the beanie kid out of the group for making a remark.
Yeah, poor Billy

@@cutemimi25 Yep, and Billy could say to Tina, "Serves you right!" before they leave her.
Classic joke
I remember this series. The three shorts that were made were before Kablam ever came to existence.
I love September the talking dog ! Wish to see more scenes with him
September: Bow

Tina: Your dog says "Bow" any dog can say that.
September: No no you misunderstood, I want you to bow to me.
Popular kids: *speechless*
No, no, you misunderstand. I want *you* to bow to *me*.
Thank you 😂😂😂
Apparently the delightful children from down the lane from codename kids next door were inspired by the populars
God I remember watching this with my older sis on my orange rugrats tape XD
Omg I remember this episode
I get a very Peanuts vibe from these shorts.
Mikey Patchy pretty much what they were going for
Always throwing that one kid out who says something wrong lol
August is so cute. 😍
Damn I remember this from my VHS....ahhh good times.
So funny! The popular crowd was jealous of the new toys.
This and two other episodes appeared on the Rugrats: Tommy Troubles VHS. That's how I found out about this.

I REMEMBER THIS!
Damnit childhood why the fuck did you have to end?

that blonde girl reminds me of a certain blonde girl in Hey Arnold.....*cough* Helga *cough*
Sort of but while Helga can be bitchy at times she was never a spoiled snob unlike Rhonda
