She is so sweet and nice. She’s this way every time I see her appear on events, I really appreciate this woman. Very down to earth, respectful, knowledgeable, considerate, and caring. Justin couldn’t have chosen a better wife. I wish people could acknowledge her worth.

actually, she has NO table manners...is not proper to have the fork up while speaking or the knife, which should rest on the table at all times when not going to the mouth, etc etc...she is very pretty and dressed so nice but she has no table manners to the french level as this should need.

Même si les français mangent beaucoup de cuisine importé de par nos français issus des minorités, c’est celle issue de la tradition français dont on doit être fier. Qui sait dans 100 ans le couscous sera considéré comme plat national aussi en France mais pour l’instant ça appartient au maghrébin :)

Pour les cuisses de grenouille, c'est assez vrai. Finalement, s'ils en mangent, c'est plus souvent dans des restaurants asiatiques que français.
Toutefois, pour les escargots, c'est malgré tout un plat traditionnel des fêtes de fin d'année qui se retrouve dans énormément de foyers français aux repas du réveillon de Noël et du Jour de l'An (La France est le plus gros consommateur d'escargots au Monde, avec une douzaine d'escargots consommé par an et par personne).
Je dirais donc plutôt que la plupart des Français ont déjà mangé des escargots. Mais, il est exact qu'en général, c'est un plat que l'on ne mange qu'une ou deux fois par an. Ce n'est pas un plat consommé à l'année dirons-nous.
Mais, il n'y a pas si longtemps, on en consommait beaucoup plus en France. C'était le plat du pauvre par excellence. Parce que des escargots, on en trouve partout et que c'est gratuit.

It shows how innovative a French chef can be and this man does variations on classics. However, I am from France and I never had those with the exception of Crêpes suzette.
French too, I cooked some of those recipes but with more affordable products. In my family, you're considered a good cook if you can get various flavors from cheap and basic ingredients.

Le puit d'amour a été créé par un pâtissier Bordelais, c'est une tuerie, c'est léger et gourmand. Normalement c'est fourré avec une crème chiboust à la vanille; je trouve l'usage de la noix de coco dommage. Dans ma jeunesse c'était un gâteau qui avait ses aficionados à la maison, il y en avait presque tous les dimanches (fin années 70 début 80).
