We refrigerate the balls so that the chocolate sets quickly and nicely on the balls but if you don't refrigerate the balls the chocolate might not set and it will be sticky however since winter season is going on you might not face much problem
If we take chocolate syrup .. thn we use sugar powder or not
No need to add sugar then, just take care of the consistency so that you are able to make balls of the dough.
