Thank you. I have Ketu in 10th house in Pisces. My personal experience so far... I do get recognition at work. My bosses and co-workers appreciate my work a lot. My bosses dont want to let me go unless there is no other option or I leave the job myself. But I dont make much money compared to the skill set I have or compare to other coworkers at same position (the way it works here in USA is that there are vendor layers and they keep some percent of your salary so what you get in hand is not a lot). But 1 thing you said is correct that I give my 100% percent and dont think about how much money I am making, which is not good because sometimes I stay in a job just because I like the people/team and they like me.
Yes no recognition even after I put more work than others, hence now I don't pay attention to whatever task I'm given, I no longer mind my work being ignored... it's my destiny.
