Yes you can! However you need to also check the guidelines of the bi-laws in the area e.g. how many people etc can be on one property. This maybe an issue when you have students that disturb your neighbors etc and the report to council. You can also check with a town planner to get the right consent of use of the property
not unless we demolish the houses and rebuild the whole property, this is due to council parking requirements for a property like this. We are actually planning on going up a second level on the one house and another row of rooms on the other house next year
