I think Armenia needs to have at least 30-50 nuclear warheads because of security issues in and around all the aggressive states like Turkey and Azerbaijan. India and Israel also did this in the past. And geopolitically, France almost certainly vetoes any sanctions draft or even the United States monopoly also. France had saved India when USA was putting sanctions because France is also troubled by terrorism. And aggressive nations with expansionist mindset like Pakistan, China and North Korea can keep nuclear weapons then why not any for self-defense?
