In point of damage, there are better characters that can deal more damage, but charlotta has high ultimate gauges gain + she has a skill to share her ultimate gauge. This can be used 2 times through out the run meaning she can give free 6% ultimate gauge to every one.
To skip the first phase, its important to have Bahamut’s HP around 96~97% before breaking the second Orb spawn. If it goes well, breaking the second red orb will trigger the Bahamut to move to the middle and starts spawning the second phases multiple orbs.
The sigil build is the x.com link written on the description. I have added the english ver under the JP version. If u r seeking for the skill build, its Strafe, Umlauf, Blaues Gespenst amd Hinrichten. I'm not familiar with the eng version so it maybe wrong.

tbh I haven't played blue protocol for about 8months... but yea I prefer Granblue Fantasy Relink more since action is more interesting for me
ガーキャンオイゲンだとDPS50万超えは余裕だから上手く行けば１分切ありそう
ガーキャンオイゲンを採用した場合でも一番最初に撃った奥義でタイムが決まる関係上残念ながらタイム短縮には繫がらないですね・・・
またオイゲンを使用されてる方曰くチャージ撃ちの場合は3発当たるのを考慮するとDPS期待値が60万程になるのと奥義溜めの観点で見た際にも通常連打より少し遅いくらいの溜まりになるのも合わせて今回の場合において採用は見送りになりました。
