Shaq your reactions help me every day I always lay down before I go to sleep to watch them. Depression is a hard thing to deal with. I'm happy to know we have a friend in Shaq. Mental illness has been in my family for multiple generations. My brother attempted suicide when I was a teenager hardest thing to go through. Not knowing what is wrong or how to fix it. Knowing no matter what you say will not change the way they feel. Just be there for people closest to you. You may never know when someone close to you is struggling.
It is possible to love someone and not love yourself cause you give and show them the love you wish you had in yourself and some. A mind in battle doesnt make it selfish and unable to love someone else.

That's why I support Dax to the fullest. He shows us that we can make it, look at who he was not too long ago. Working a lame job to barely get by, he just put in the work. He has good messages also, and he shows us he still deals with what we all do. And he's genuine about it at all.
