Unlock the secrets I share with my clients for those crucial first days with your baby! Get your hands on this guide and experience the confidence of having a trusted Lactation Consultant by your side.
This is my story of making it to one year of breastfeeding, all the challenges we had including needing to use a nipple shield, breastfeeding post c-section, breastfeeding with postpartum preeclampsia, working through a baby with a tongue tie, pumping, and exclusively pumping one side, plugged ducts, mastitis , painful latch, milk supply, over supply, breastfeeding positions and tongue tie exercises and tongue tie revision. It was a HARD journey, so I want to share the breastfeeding lessons that I learned and offer you words of encouragement on your journey. Don't quit on your worst day~

This helps a lot, thank you. I find breastfeeding to be literally the hardest part of early postpartum, now twice. To hear even a specialist finds it hard makes me feel less alone. Because we all have that friend who breastfeeding is just "so easy" for. It's not the norm that it's super easy, it does take work and we all need to hear that.

Yessss!! For most people it is not easy and it takes blood sweat and tears haha. And motivation and flexibility to pivot for a bit when challenges come up. I am so happy my story made you feel less alone

It's really reassuring to know that even lactation consultants can struggle and can need LCs

Yes. Even with so much support and knowledge on the topic, this was one of the hardest things I have done. It was worth it, but boy did I struggle in the beginning

Of course. It has been a hard and beautiful journey. I want other families to know that it is ok and normal for things to be hard in the beginning. And if my story can give one person hope, it’s worth it. Thank you for watching my videos. How’s old in your baby?

Thank you for sharing your journey! I`m 32 weeks pregnant with my first and trying to educate myself as best as I can. Your video makes me relax a bit in the sense that if something doesn`t go according to plan, it doesn`t necessarily mean that I didn`t study enough, or I did something wrong. If somebody with your knowledge can struggle, it just means that even if you do everything right there might be problems, so it`s not your fault. It`s freeing :) Thank you

I breastfed my son and daughter for 2 years. It was much easier than it was bottle feeding my oldest.

Yess! Thank you for sharing your experience. Both are hard work, but something about all the pumping and cleaning pump parts and bottles seems so much harder to keep up with in the long run. What was the hardest part of bottle feeding for you?
