@@Technical_Tek Yeah, But the fact is, If you're gonna bring people from The Cancer Research Foundation on a live stream in front of thousands of people, that later gets turned into a youtube video, you should be more attentive and involved in the conversation. Not to mention they were in the building phase, no PvP, no raiding, nothing to commentate. The ill timed responses and awkward cutoffs were very blatant. I love blooprint and hjune, but i agree with @botbadger, I'm very disappointed with them here

Scripted interviewing is very difficult. Neither of them are broadcasters by profession, and professional journalists struggle to make scripted interviews palatable. It's nothing nefarious, but just that corporate style of coldness. "If you want to do this fundraising stream, then we want a chunk of time to do this interview."
Cool, no problem.
Then the company provides the interviewer a list of questions they must ask, and the interviewee is generally very limited in how much they can deviate from the approved answers.
To compound this problem, *because* they aren't broadcasters, they probably did a couple of dry runs off air. To me the dead air sounds like the result of two groups that have no intimacy with or knowledge of each other having for-the-third-time the same pretend conversation that someone else wrote.
Just some things to consider, perhaps.

I got into watching you all play Rust because of one of FancyOrbs shorts on TH-cam.

As a terminal stg4 Melanoma (skin cancer) patient with cancer in my liver, muscles and bones. Diagnosed in 2019 with 6 months left to live but currently on meds that keep me alive, free on the NHS to me (no idea how I would afford it otherwise).
Thank you for supporting Cancer Research UK. When I was diagnosed the meds i was first on had just come out of trials, the tumour growth inhibitors I am on now are very new technology. Previously I would have been sent home to wrap up my life. I never thought I'd get passed my 40th birthday. This year I'm 43.

This was a great event ive been lucky enough to watch all the trust in rusts live. Hjune always does phenomenal work. Rooted for sven this year so happy he got second. I knew deathwings stacked team would be rough on everybody lol. Keep up the incredible work TiR > rivals. Even though rivals was epic as ever so glad yall won i rooted for team bloo and june and yall snagged it like a couple of bosses.

for cancer research? ok, that hits super close to home. ive gone through chemo and still have a bit more to go.. reluctant as i am to finish it. making myself deliberatly very sick is extremely no fun. but its the best treatment there is. the really scary, and i mean honestly literally hell-stressful scary part is that it isnt a cure at all and the cancer can always come back. like living with an unknowable duration time-bomb inside the body.
@hJune i hope your fund raiser worked far better then expected and massive respect to all that arranged and helped for the cause.
that all aside, i absolutely love that there's an old man who's a top player in there mixing it up with the youngin's and a very good run for thier money. also, i really would have loved to hear what donation effects happened when, since that was a thing i guess but ive zero clue what effects were happening and that's a shame.
