the damage just spreads out over more models. same reason Soul Stealer is fantastic when used against 2 or 3 high hp single entities, but becomes less effective when hitting entire units of infantry or cav. pretty sure Final Transmutation follows the same principle
Final Transmutation actually doesn't spread its damage across multiple units, but does spread it across models of a single unit. So while it is great to target multiple units, it might be more effective at taking down cav or heros than infantry.
Just want to point out that it's great to see you returning to unmodded Warhammer 2, feels like there was a while where you were only uploading the occasional heavily modded video. But that might've just been me not paying attention because I usually avoid mods for games I play multiplayer.

simply put, they are VERY powerful, I've had them take on lords 1v1 and easily win, and if Durthu's your lord, you will win a LOT, simply because of the treemen.
People forgot or are unaware that a skirmishers distance from it's target is hugely important - especially the less unit models the skirmishers have(and therefore each shot is more important). Those Raven Heralds, shooting from max range do absolutely nothing - you need to position them right above their target for maximum efficiency.
I don't think the wyrd spawn were a great pick since you only have AP units. If you'd used some normal chosen or mirror guard with wyrd spawn and upgraded plagues of rust that could have been a better use.
no mods work for multiplayer unless your opponent is using the exact same mods. but some visual mods can be applied in replays afterwards without affecting anything
tbh while I do think Morathi's vanilla model can look a little strange at times (gurl that eyeshadow is NOT doing you any favors look up some tutorials) I LOVE it way more than most mods out there that make her more 'beautiful'. I get why they wanna change her up, and I do like how most textures look on these mods, but they make her look way less sinister and cool imo. Shes a goth diva! Let her be goth!
